  • We review all the applications thoroughly. Our team evaluates the qualifications, skills, and suitability of nurses for the program.

    As part of our screening process, we conduct background checks to verify the authenticity of certificates and review any criminal records.

  • During the interview, both the applicant and the recruitment team have the opportunity to get to know each other better.

    In the interview, both parties can ask questions and ultimately ascertain if the program is suitable for the applicant.

  • The language and cultural onboarding training typically extends over a period of 6-8 months.

    The training is mainly carried out via online learning, necessitating internet access and a computer.

  • During the language training, we search for a suitable employer for the applicant, and once found, a contract is signed.

    After finalizing the employment agreement, the application for a residence permit commences.

  • We ensure the applicant's health is taken care of according to the regulations of the destination country.

  • Upon your arrival in Finland, we will be there to meet you at the airport, provide transportation to your new apartment, and offer support in the destination.
